Is Reiki only for healing a problem?

Is Reiki only for healing when something is wrong? This is a question I have pondered, especially when meeting a client who expresses a desire for a Reiki session, but wonders is it ok to not have something wrong. The healing peace of Reiki becomes the focus, and as a Reiki Master, I too am focusing on what is wrong, and needs to be helped. But, what happens when everything is right? Is a Reiki session a waste of time? "always for the higher and greater good, and doing no harm"? Should my client who is just coming to relax feel the pressure to find something wrong?
I believe that Reiki is a much for wellness as it is for times when healing is needed. I feel that Reiki and Therapeutic Massage offer the client the same benefits. Therapeutic Massage is not just for helping the body to heal, it is also for general stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki provides exactly the same benefits, offering the client time to deeply relax, to let the mind go, and to become grounded, something needed whether there is a "problem" or not.
Time to book a session?!
