First Degree Usui Reiki
Learn the 1st Degree of Reiki, including:
- what Reiki is and how to channel it
- instruction in the theories and history of Reiki
- the complete hand placement system for self and client treatment sessions
- receive the first degree Reiki attunement
- instruction into how to incorporate Reiki into other systems, such as massage and meditation
This 7 CE class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, attunement and hands on practice. Each student will experience giving and receiving a Reiki channeling session, using the hands on placement during a group Reiki share at the end of the class. A 1st degree manual, and certificate are provided for each student. Assessment is done by a 20 question quiz and a visual assessment.
Prerequisites: None
Materials: Note taking supplies, your lunch and snacks, there will be a one hour break for lunch. Dress in comfortable layers
Second Degree Usui Reiki
Learn the 2nd Degree of Reiki, Including:
- review of the history of Reiki and current day practices
- instruction in the three symbols used in 2nd Degree Reiki and their uses during client sessions, including how to draw the symbols
- instruction in sending distance Reiki, and the 4 major practices used to send it
- basic instruction in the 7 major chakras of the body and their uses for hands on 2nd degree Reiki sessions
- receive the second degree Reiki attunements
- instruction into how to incorporate Reiki into other systems, such as massage and meditation

A 2nd degree manual, and certificate are provided for each student. Assessment is done by a 20 question quiz and a visual assessment.
Prerequisites: 1st Degree Reiki - please bring proof of having taken a level 1 class with you
Materials: Note taking supplies, your lunch or snacks, there will be a one hour break for lunch. Dress in comfortable layers. You will need either a small pillow or stuffed animal for practicing sending distance Reiki
Third Degree Master Teacher Usui Reiki
Learn the 3rd Degree Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher, including:
- this class is devoted to healing yourself and others on the spiritual level, and instruction to advance your skills as a Reiki practitioner at the Master level
- the two Master level symbols will be introduced
- attunement to 3rd degree Reiki Master Practitioner further increases and enhances the amount of universal life force energy that flows through the body
- intruction as a 3rd degree Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher gives you the tools and information necessary to teach 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree Reiki to others
- instruction is given in passing the attunements for the 3 levels of Usui Reiki
- discussion on the ethical responsibilities of being a Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher
This 8 CE class begins as lecture and discussion driven, covering all of the areas listed above. After receiving your Master's level attunement, we will have instruction and hands on practice in passing the actual 3 Reiki attunements, making sure everyone is comfortable with the process. A 3rd degree manual, your own teaching materials and certificate are provided for each student. Assessment is done by a 20 question quiz and visual assessment.
Prerequisite - Reiki levels 1 and 11 instruction and attunements, please bring proof with you to class. This class does require personal assessment and preparatory work completed prior to attending. Class enrollment is closed 30 days before the class is held to ensure proper time to complete the assignments and activities.

Elder Massage For Senior Living
This course is designed to build on skills and knowledge of Elder Massage that were introduced in massage school.
Topics covered including:
- The different types of senior living settings
- The benefits of therapeutic massage for all levels of senior living, including active seniors, seniors living in assisted living, seniors living in skilled nursing, and seniors in Alzheimers and specialized dementia care
- The basic health issues encountered when working with seniors
- Indepth working knowledge of serious pathologies, contraindications and cautions when working with seniors
-How to design the massage setting to accomodate senior needs
- How to introduce and educate seniors to the many benefits of therapeutic massage and help to to overcome their fears and concerns
This class is worth 5 CE
Materials: Note taking supplies, your lunch or snacks, there will be a one hour break for lunch. Dress in comfortable layers.
